PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Personal data controller:
    The controller of personal data, i.e. the entity that processes the personal data of the person concerned, is the company NEONUS, s.r.o. The controller processes your personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of physical persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
  2. Purposes and legal basis of personal data processing:
    The operator processes the personal data of the affected persons exclusively to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose and business conditions.
  3. Period of retention of personal data:
    The operator will store personal data in a form that enables the identification of the person concerned for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data is processed and/or to assert a legal claim. The operator will store personal data until termination at the latest, in case the person concerned does not exercise his right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data earlier.
  4. Identification of recipients of personal data:
    The operator is not authorized to provide the personal data of the affected persons to any third parties, with the exception of the Intermediary.
  5. Rights of affected persons:
    1. if the legal reason for the processing of the personal data of the person concerned is his consent, the person concerned can withdraw his consent at any time at the email address below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent that was previously given before its withdrawal. The affected person has the right to withdraw consent at any time via e-mail at the address: info@neonus.sk
    2. the affected person has the right to request from the Operator, upon request, confirmation of whether or not the affected person's personal data is being processed, and if so, to request the provision of information about the processing of personal data that concerns the affected person.
    3. the person concerned has the right to correct personal data concerning him. In order to ensure the accuracy of the personal data of the affected person, each affected person is obliged to report accurate and true personal data and all changes to the personal data that the affected person has provided to the Operator.
    4. the person concerned has the right to the portability of personal data concerning him and which he has provided to the Operator, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, if the personal data of the person concerned is processed in an automated form and on the basis of contracts or the consent of the person concerned, and before the expiration of the personal data retention period. The exercise of this right must not have adverse consequences on the rights of other persons.
    5. The person concerned has the right to dispose of personal data (the right to erasure of personal data) that is the subject of processing if there has been a violation of the law, or on the basis of an appeal, consent, or if the purpose of processing has ended or after the period of retention of personal data has expired. The right to dispose of personal data is not exercised if the processing of personal data is necessary for: exercising the right to freedom of expression or exercising the right to information, fulfilling obligations under Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of other laws (effective from 25.5.2018) or a special regulation, the exercise of a legal claim for the purpose of archiving, for scientific purposes, for the purpose of historical research or for statistical purposes according to § 78 par. 8, if it is likely that the right according to paragraph 1 will make it impossible or seriously difficult to achieve the goals of such processing.
    6. The right to restrict the processing of personal data if: the data subject objects to the correctness of the personal data, during the period allowing the Operator to verify the correctness of the personal data, the processing of personal data is illegal and the data subject objects to the deletion of personal data and requests a restriction of their use instead,
    7. If there is a suspicion that personal data is being processed without authorization, the person concerned has the right to submit a proposal to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data to initiate a procedure for the protection of personal data.
